We produce about thousands of tons/year of fresh cassava tubers which are harvested and sold directly to consumers or local markets in Kitgum main markets to women vendors, at the farm (farm gate in Awere sub-county), Lira and Lamwo district markets. Our production is adequate to supply to industries and meet any market demands.
