We process our fresh cassava roots into dry chips and later into high quality flour. We are selling our cassava flour, which is packaged into 2 kg, 5kg and 10kg bags. We are selling our cassava flour to supermarkets in Kitgum e.g. supermarket, retailers, and most of it sold in Kitgum and neighboring districts main markets. To add value to our flour and make it more competitive, we are also adding vanilla flavour to some portion of the flour.
